  1. I have owned 2 and it took me a bit to learn how to get the max mileage. The main trick I have found is that you need to look forward when you drive. If you see the light turn red lift and coast.

  2. I found that it makes no difference if you put in regular or high test. It is all about how heavy a foot you have.

  4. Press the gas pedal hard just once and you can ruin a weeks worth of careful driving. The good news is the car gets world calss gass mileage no matter how you drive it. What I found is that I become obsessed with the video display and play the MPG like a g

  8. The trick is all in how you drive. It is a learned behavior. There are sweet spots for max MPG. For me, 45-55mph is a great speed for 50+mpg. The electric engine seems to not work past 25mph.

  9. I was unable to get the stated gas mileage. The people at Cramer found nothing wrong with the car and blamed the way I was driving. So, I went away not really happpy. I came back and explained this to the Service Manager who actually listened, went for a 1 hour drive and found that even though I thought I was light footed on the gas he showed me how to drive a bit differently and now 5 months later I actually exceed the stated factory MPG. THANKS CRAMER FOR HELPING ME OUT!
