Cramer Toyota of Venice announces their new web site to aid the customer in giving reviews. As more and more consumers rely on the internet for information, it is important to provide an easy way for the consumer to write and post reviews. According to Richard Bond, Cramer Toyota of Venice General Manager, “At Cramer Toyota of Venice, our motto is "We treat people right. We love hearing from our customers about their experience at our dealership. We know our customers love us because we have earned Toyota’s President’s Award 19 years in a row. In addition, we receive and post on a bulletin board two or three letters per week. The trick is to get the consumers who write letters to go to the various sites on the internet and leave these same positive reviews.” Cramer Toyota of Venice is one of one 13 Toyota dealerships in the nation to receive the President’s Award 19 years in a row and the only Toyota dealership in Florida to receive the award 19 years in a row.
